SHIPPING RATES

For orders sent to the contiguous United States and with a total lower than $80, there will be a $6 - $15 shipping fee dependent on the weight of the product(s).

For orders with a total more than $80 and/or being sent areas outside of the contiguous U.S., refer to the below chart.

EASY 30-DAY RETURNS

Having second thoughts? No worries—we're here to help! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date.

To confirm whether your item is returnable and exchangeable, check your invoice or email confirmation.

RETURNS

  • Items must be returned within 30 days
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
  • Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender 
  • Select items will be charged an additional restocking fee.

    • Pet Dryer Room - 15%
    • Water Purifier - 15%
    • Bidet - 15%
  • All products purchased as part of the Black Friday BOGO sale have a 25% restocking fee
All refurbished items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges

    RETURN BY MAIL

    Send your item(s) back to us with the shipping label that we'll provide.

    REFUNDS

    • All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.

    PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

    • We do not make price adjustments or offer price matching on previous purchases. 
    • When discounted promo codes are offered, you MUST apply them to your cart to receive the respective discount. We do not offer post-purchase partial refunds of any amount if the desired promo code is not properly applied to your order before order placement. In such cases, we advise you to cancel the order and place a new order with the eligible promo code applied.

    REFUND PROCESSING TIME

    • Mail-in returns with a prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.

    Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.

    WARRANTY CLAIMS

    • All CUCKOO products purchased through cuckooamerica.com come with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty. This limited warranty excludes all parts and accessories that are included with your product.
    • If your product does not operate properly, or if you believe it is defective within one year of the initial purchase date, you may file a warranty claim by filling out this form within one year of the initial purchase date. If your warranty claim is approved, CUCKOO will pay for all shipping and repair/replacement costs incurred.
    • If your product becomes damaged or does not operate properly after the 1-year warranty period has expired, you may still file a warranty a claim. However, the customer will be held responsible for all shipping and repair costs incurred.
